In All Of Our Lives

A little haze has obscured the view. Now Mother has proclaimed that the patio gutter has a new leak, and I probably caused that, by cleaning those two optional openings. Both were sealed so many long years ago, I simply denied the allegations. She freakin’ damn well knows that the dirty little whore is going to keep leaking until we prop up that corner that needs to be leveled out. Alas, my nephews and I are not good buddies. I was out of the family off and on for decades. It’s the younger of those 4 that hadn’t met me until he was about 15. The rest of us are all somewhere in between 48, and 92 years old. I will do my best to work with the situation. I would say though that having the middle of the cheap aluminum structure dripping water is 5 times better than having it all pouring down in that spot that froze up, pushing that cheap little bitch of a corner’s ass at least 5 to 6 inches from the year before. After I dig the hole under that 4×4, I want to drill a bolt into it. All the while I would wish to brace that corner, atop the bolt with plexi-glass, or some specifically cut to order aluminum piece. That would allow for the hammering sideways, of those specially cut covers that will hopefully hold not just the bolt drilled in, but the entire structure as well. Mother has let me know that her biggest disapointment came when the dudes pulled out from their truck, four prefabbed components. Those are now buckling like a sideways W. She has gone to the hearing-aid Dr., so I have a chance to work in private, at least for awhile! Here’s to the sunny days!
