My Audition Went Well

Back when I was younger, I nearly made it to the Big-Time! Today I will try to warm up a bit more on my 6-string. With clouds all day, there won’t be much to do, other than hitting the storage unit for additional treasures. So far I have retrieved a large Unicorn glitter orb, and a huge Faberge’ Egg duplicate! I think that beautifully sparkling Egg would go over well for Mother’s B-Day, since that is in April. With the sparkle globe I think for the Christmas Eve drawing (everyone buys one gift, and then we get a hat out with names on papers in order to choose who’s next.) that such a spectral wonder would do us all some Holiday justice. I just gave away the most attractive Red Cardinal wide/narrow Christmas-type of table covering. I will always remember that beautiful red stitching! I still have a wooden box, with Kennedy halves. In addition to the full on (save for the C.D. part) still in the box, stereo. If the middle nephew doesn’t take it, I guess the shelf system, boom-box, and Hugh-Jass, giant speakers, will go to Good-Will! I have the threesome in the back seat, with those “big-ones” all of the way in “the back row”, of storage, just behind the sofa, and man-chair. I have saved the “Songs Of Kansas” music book for the youngest nephew’s boy. That along with a lesson book on scales, and arpeggios, will go to him on Christmas. His Father told me last year that he was done accepting things left on the back porch. Well one of those was a glistening Scare Crow, keepsake box! Since his wife had no comment, I had to believe I was at least good with her. Anyway, that is.

With my hope in now escaping, into deep and darkened escrow, I while away the morning time, as I sink to fragments of the undertow, in draping my intrusion’s gaping, ………………..seedlings sew, had I a nickel, or a dime, my …..sublime, (if you read my book you will note that l rarely finish any of my writing)
